We seem to have an abundance of readers who make comments to me in the street, but very few contributors,.... They are just shy, I guess  

I presume that you are new to the area and as such would like to welcome you to The Centre of the Civilised World, (not that we're biased of course).  Overall though, I feel that Jamestown is still small enough to be a great place to live, I hope that you enjoy your time here half as much as I have. Yeah,... I'm a blowin too, having arrived here on my 12th birthday.
