Johnny Connell passed way, just over a week ago. Buried at Spalding.

I remember him very well, specially the EFS now CFS. The senior firemen would give us cadets a hard time.
(Not that we deserved it). After practice on a Tuesday night we would have bit of fun when the seniors chased the cadets around the town. If caught you generally got dunked in the water tank.

My condolences to the the Connell Family.

I'm sorry, but I missed this post.

Yes, I remember John well, and the threat of the water tank.
