Well done to our NAC guys who have been out on the roads slashing the abundant grass growing on the verges.  At least we can now see approaching traffic at some corners.

However lots of jeers to our NAC organisers for the disgraceful road condition over Andrew Hagger's hill on the Whyte Yarcowie Road.  It's OK to put up traffic hazard signs but that doesn't save us from disappearing into some of these huge craters called potholes!

Road users are already starting to use the wrong side of the road to miss them. This is an accident waiting to happen.
It's not a matter IF an accident occurs but rather WHEN

People have complained, but no one seems to listen.  Not good enough!

Well, well, well.  Someone did listen.  I had occasion to drive out on the Whyte Yarcowie Road last night and see that some work is being done on this section of road.  If it was me I would rip up the whole section and remove about 3m of height, but I guess any repair is better than none.  At least some sections are being cut out and replaced not just the holes filled in.

I was that concerned about the original post that I read last night, that I was going to copy & paste the body of the complaint into an email to the CEO of the council.
LUCKY I did not hey??

Wow Susie, I'll remember you when I next have a complaint,  who do you know?
